Capacity
Events are best kept under 100 people, though we are open to discussing larger events. We provide two long tables (seating 24 people comfortably). You are welcome to bring your own tables to serve more. We do not provide dining chairs. We can do a location scout virtually or in person.
The bungalow is 800 square feet. The outdoor spaces total about 4,000 square feet.
What amenities do we have?
Fully functioning kitchen, two bathrooms, two 12ft long dining tables (seating 24), gardens, furnished roof.
Parking
There is ample street parking, but be aware of posted signs regarding alternate side parking. Opportunity for loading and unloading in driveway.
